After - Ride Party

You'll find plenty of reasons to stay after the ride. The after-ride organic feast will be served from 11am to 5pm inside the Community Center. Here's what's on offer:

• More AMAZING food using more of the fresh organic ingredients you've been exploring on the way
• Live music to complete the groove of the day
• Lagunitas beer and wine - first one free for riders (Sorry, not organic, but incredibly excellent and local!)
• The Expo with local vendors who complete the community vibe

The After-Ride Party is included in rider registration - but non-riders are welcome too. Cost of entry is $29 for non-riders ($15 for kids 12 and under)

You'll forget all about broccoli beef with these organic mycopia gourmet mushrooms and broccoli served in a light soy dressing

Fried Tofu with Fermented Chili Sauce

Crispy marinated tofu served in fermented chili sauce

Grilled Orange Ginger Chicken

Soy marinated and grilled Mary's Organic Chicken breast served in orange ginger sauce

DESSERT

Gravenstein Apple Crisp with Straus Vanilla Ice Cream

Hundreds of Gravensteins (An apple known for its "dessert quality" and flavor) are hand peeled and prepped and then baked. Served with Straus ice cream that will remind you of freshly churned ice cream you'd make at home.

To keep the event as green as possible, we encourage you to bring your own non disposable utensils and plates.
