Berry Fun Ride - 13 miles

New for 2008! Enjoy an stroll along the West County Trail. This is an easy route that includes a stop at the Sebastopol Berry Farm. Perfect for kids and beginners.

The Green Valley Loop - 35 miles

This year the 35 mile route first heads north along the West County Trail through the Green Valley watershed. The first rest stop is at Food for Thought, Sonoma County's AIDS food bank. Food for Thought has a beautiful organic garden where riders can rest and refuel. The ride continues through Forestville and north along the Russian River. After skirting the town of the Windsor, the loop heads south again to the 2nd rest stop at Golden Nectar Farms. This farm grows over 80 varieties of fruit and was very popular with riders in 2005. After Golden Nectar Farm, the riders will meet several rolling hills before reaching the town of Graton. Gabriel Farms, the last rest stop, is located just outside of Graton and serves some of the best apple and pear juice around! From Gabriel Farms, lunch awaits at the Sebastopol Community Center just a few short miles away.

The Peach Tree Loop - 65 miles

Going north from Sebastopol, the peach tree loop travels first through Green Valley and the towns of Graton and Forestville, where riders will first stop at the organic gardens of Food for Thought, Sonoma County's AIDS Food Bank. The route then heads over to the Russian River Valley and up Westside Road, a road well-known to local cyclists. Before turning onto Dry Creek Road, the second rest stop at Middleton Farms will be serving up a bounty of fresh fruit and veggies. Continuing north through the Dry Creek Valley, the route dips and curves along the narrow roads before reaching Dry Creek Peach and Produce. Many varieties of peaches will be on hand and hopefully they will have some elephant heart plums and white peaches still in season. Lunch will also be served here. The route heads east over a short climb to Geyserville then along the flat roads of Alexander Valley. In the town of Healdsburg, delicious melons and heirloom tomatoes will be sliced and ready to eat at Love Farms. The ride continues south towards Windsor. On the outskirts of Windsor is Golden Nectar farms, where Anna and John Stayton grow over 80 varieties of fruit. A bounty of juicy plums, pears and apples will be on hand, and the table grapes should be in season! From Golden Nectar, the routes heads back south towards Sebastopol and to the community center where riders will be treated to a delicious vegan meal made from locally grown foods.

Nature's Bounty Loop - 100 miles

Century riders will first do a loop to the west into the heart of "west county" before hooking up with the 65 mile loop in Sebastopol.
